Recruitment process from resume to offer
We’ll carefully review your CV. If your profile matches what we’re looking for, you’ll hear from us within a few days with the next steps.
Your CV caught our eye and we’d love to get to know the person behind it. We’ll give you a call to ask a few basic questions. If it’s a good match, we’ll invite you for an interview at our place.
We’ll sit down together, you’ll tell us about your experience and what motivates you – and we’ll tell you more about us and the position you’re applying for. At this stage, you’ll usually also meet your potential team leader and might try out some of the tasks you’d be handling.
If we’ve found common ground, we’ll make you an offer with clear terms of cooperation. We’ll go over all the details together and answer any questions you might have about your start.
Once you’re on board, we’ll guide you through our onboarding process, introduce you to our teams and show you how things work. During your first days, a mentor will be there to help you settle in and become a full part of the team as smoothly and quickly as possible.

At Authentica, we’re proud to have kept the spirit of a family business. We grow every year, but we still manage to maintain a friendly atmosphere and a personal approach to every person in the company. We support, motivate and build a team every day that shares our values and passion.
From day one, we emphasize open and supportive communication. During your trial period, you’ll be guided either by a colleague in a similar role or directly by your team leader. After the trial period, we meet regularly for quarterly 1-on-1s, where we talk not only about areas for improvement, but above all focus on your strengths and how to develop them.
To make your new beginning as smooth as possible, we’ve set regular onboarding days twice a month – on the 1st and 15th. That way, you’ll start together with other newcomers, making it easier to settle in and become part of the team.

We wrap up every year with a Christmas party and kick off spring with our “Welcoming Spring” event – a chance to unwind and have fun together. Teambuilding is a regular part of our lives, but we also engage in events with a deeper meaning. For example, we take part in the Světluška charity run and organize collections of clothes or toys for children in Africa.
