You have probably heard of 3D printing, it is one of the modern technologies that brings a number of advantages and financial savings. Using the products behind 3D printers, we are able to respond to the atypical requirements of our clients and create them completely without limitations. Thus, we offer a completely high-standard, fast and, as a rule, very inexpensive solution.

Why work with 3D printing?
The advantage is the high flexibility in finding a solution completely tailored to the client's requirements. Compared to other production, there is a considerable financial and time saving. Here at Authentica, this technology has also proved very useful for the production of prototypes and atypical components.

We see a great benefit in the area of prototype development, where we have shortened the sampling path from weeks to hours thanks to 3D printing. A good example is injection moulding technology, where the production of the mould for injection moulding alone takes about 6-8 weeks. We are now able to offer a full 3D printing solution in 2-3 days at a much lower cost.

Our technical facilities currently consist of 25 3D printers in a continuous operation setup. We can therefore also accommodate requirements for larger batches in the thousands. The time possibilities for serial production then depend on the specific parameters of the 3D product, its complexity or subsequent modification.
