Investing in the future with the support of EU funds

At Authentica, we continuously grow and innovate to deliver top-quality solutions. Thanks to European Union grant programs, we’ve been able to implement projects that help us not only grow, but also work more efficiently, sustainably, and with the most advanced technologies.

What the grants have enabled us to do

  • Digitise and automate our logistics and production processes.
  • Reduce our carbon footprint through electromobility and energy-saving measures.
  • Modernise our infrastructure and increase operational efficiency.
  • Support the education of our employees in digital technologies.

Our projects focus on innovation, sustainability and long-term competitiveness. With the support of EU funding, we’re able to push boundaries and deliver even better services to our customers.

Below is an overview of the grant programs that have helped us develop our technologies and processes.

Project name: Full digitalisation of production and logistics operations at Authentica s.r.o.
Reg. number: CZ.01.2.06/0.0/0.0/20_322/0025021
Applicant: Authentica, s.r.o.
Project period: 01/2021-02/2023
Eligible costs: CZK 21,557,280
Grant: CZK 7,545,048

Project description:

The aim of the project was to acquire essential hardware and software for the full digitisation of our new fulfillment service, using an integrated WMS warehouse system. At the same time, we focused on digitising our existing production and administrative processes by implementing a new ERP system and upgrading our CRM system ATTAsys.

With the opening of two new facilities (Brno – Centa site and Syrovice – Prologis park), greater coordination between departments such as sales, administration, production and logistics was needed. The goal was to implement a sophisticated ERP system capable of full communication with the WMS, and extend our CRM to monitor the full production workflow – from customer inquiry to production, logistics and installation.

The training centre is co-financed by the EU.

New teaching tools and technical software were acquired. Classrooms are located at our new premises on Vídeňská street. The investment enabled us to effectively implement our long-term training and development plans.

Curious what we can achieve with or without EU funding?
